(just North of Princeton, NJ)
This is a Demonstration Farm for the Northeastern Region of the US.
It focuses on Regional and Local Farm cloning — for sustainable food production and regional specialties suitable for barter systems.
It also prioritizes Teaching Children how to Farm (real farming skills, not just gardening).

The Manager/Owner, JC Cole, is my new Partner (replacing Matt Stein after his untimely death from an aortic aneurysm while climbing El Capitan in 2013). We continue to offer our 2-day Urban Survival Skills workshops together.
